Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Route Knots mobile application or website ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

Route Knots is a route planning and optimization application that allows users to:

• Create routes between a starting point and an ending point
• Add, remove, and reorder multiple stops within a route
• Generate optimized routes based on selected locations
• View optimized routes directly through Google Maps
• Save and access previously created routes in route history

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Route Knots grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Route Knots is supported by advertisements displayed within the App.

• Users may optionally make a one-time payment to remove ads; this is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Payment is charged at the time of purchase and pricing is shown before confirmation.
• Ad removal applies according to the applicable App Store or Play Store policies.
• Refunds, if any, are subject to the App Store or Play Store refund policies and applicable law.

Data Collection

• Location Data: The App may collect location data to calculate routes and display navigation through Google Maps.
• Route Data: Routes, stops, and route history may be stored locally or on secure servers.
• Account Information: We may collect basic account details such as email address for authentication and support purposes.

Data Usage

• Data is used solely to provide and improve Route Knots' functionality.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the App
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App for unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or exploit the App
• Respect intellectual property and usage rights

Route Knots and all related content, features, branding, and design are owned by Route Knots and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, time, or navigation errors.
• Route Knots does not guarantee route accuracy, traffic conditions, or travel outcomes.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date.
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Material changes may be communicated via in-app notification or email.

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
• Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Route Knots.
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

This App is licensed, not sold, and your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.

Additional Apple Terms

• Apple has no warranty obligation regarding the App
• We, not Apple, are responsible for product claims and support
• We are responsible for intellectual property infringement claims
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
